Have you been taking care of everyone else but yourself? Here is….

A Cup of Care for YOU

Hello! Welcome fellow family caregivers!

We are second year physician assistant students at Marshall B. Ketchum University. As our Masters Capstone Project, we chose to address burnout in individuals who are caregivers for their family. Our goal is to prepare potential, new, and current family caregivers with helpful skills and resources for their role(s).

Are you just starting out in your journey as a caregiver for your family? Wondering how you are going to take care of your family or looking for help to take some load off your shoulders? You’ve come to the right place!

We have compiled a list of resources for you to explore based on our direct and indirect analysis survey. In addition, we also included a scenario activity to help you practice distinguishing between different levels of medical care. Our goal is to help you become familiar with the available resources for caregivers, so that when the time comes and you need support in your role as a caregiver, you can easily find what you need and reduce burnout.

We hope you find the information on this website helpful!

Sincerely,

Master Capstone Group 2
